By placing an order or submitting an enquiry through IVP, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Prescription Requirement

Prescription medicines are supplied only when a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner is provided and accepted during review.

IVP does not sell or dispense narcotic or controlled substances.

Customer Responsibility

Customers confirm that they are at least 18 years old, are able to make their own healthcare decisions, and will use any ordered medicine only under appropriate medical supervision.

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, medical and prescription information where required.

Orders, Prices and Payment

Product prices, pack details, stock, shipping charges and payment options may change without notice. Current details are confirmed before order acceptance.

Orders are processed only after required order information, prescription documentation where applicable and payment requirements are completed.

Shipping, Taxes and Customs

Customers are responsible for destination-country import rules, taxes, customs duties and documents requested by customs or carriers.

IVP is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, incorrect address details or circumstances outside its control.

Privacy and Policy Updates

Customer information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. IVP may update its policies from time to time by posting revised versions on the website.

Personal Use

Products are supplied for the customer’s own personal use and must not be resold.
